Photo Birthday Card for Claire

Birthday Card for Claire's 2008 Birthday
This photo birthday card was created for my niece Claire's three-year-old birthday. While flipping through my photo box, I came across four older photos which had her face remaining in each of these used photos. Instead of throwing away these less than perfect and used photos, I decided to recycle them and turn them into a photo card. :)
Steps to Card Making
1. Create a bright pink cardblank.
2. Punch out the four faces from the photos using a 1" circle punch. Then adhere them to a block of purple cardstock. Doodle little scalloped-frame around each circle photo. Adhere this purple block to the right-hand side of the pink card.
3. Piece together a "birthday cake" with two pieces of patterned papers inked at the edges. Then draw "candles" with a black pen. Adhere three paper flowers to the top of the candles with foam pads. Adhere a foam heart to the cake.
4. Use rub-on to create the "Happy Birthday" sentiments.
5. Punch the four corners of the card with a corner-rounder. Doodle a border frame for the card using the black pen.
